2009 Rates & Dates

Management School - Tuesday-Sunday, February 17-22, 2009

Graduate Program - Wednesday-Sunday, February 18-22, 2009


Early Registration is highly recommended as only 90 first-year student spaces are available. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required with registration. The balance of tuition and fees must be received by December 31, 2008 to finalize registration. Registration closes on February 15, 2009 or when classes are filled, whichever comes first.

Total packages include five nights lodging (four nights for grad program) and all meals except Friday dinner, as well as monographs, study materials, daily coffee breaks and the orientation & graduation banquets. Tuition only price includes the cost of all classes, monographs and study materials.

First and Second Year Students Rates & Dates: Tuesday- Sunday, February 17-22, 2009
(Dinner only on Tuesday evening. Classes begin on Wednesday morning at 7:45 and the program concludes with a banquet on Saturday night.)

Graduate Program Rates and Dates: Wednesday – Sunday, February 18-22, 2009
Graduation from the National School of RV Park & Campground Management is a prerequisite for participation in the graduate program. Indicate year of graduation on registration form.
(Dinner only on Wednesday evening. Classes begin on Thursday morning at 7:45 and the program concludes with a banquet on Saturday night.)

Monographs: Students will receive a CD containing all monographs/class texts and other resource material developed by the Board of Regents and the NTCPFM, approximately two weeks prior to the School. Actual monographs will be distributed to students upon arrival. Monographs are to be read in advance of the classes.

Early Arrival: If you’d like to come a day or two prior to the school to take in the resort’s activities, First & Second Year Early Arrival lodging on Sunday or Monday is $113.00 per room (single/double) and $143.00 (premium). Prices are the same for Graduate Program early arrivals on Monday or Tuesday. Early Arrival prices do not include meals.

Premium Package: The lodge is offering a limited number of Premium Rooms in the recently constructed wing. Premium rooms include fireplaces, wall-mounted flat panel TVs, heated towel racks, and upgraded bathrooms and room decor. Premium rooms do not qualify for “doubles” rates – rate is per person.

Note: No double rates are offered on Premium room packages.
Spouse Package includes meals (excluding Friday dinner) and social functions related to the school.
It does not include class lectures or class materials.
All rates are plus 12% tax on the lodging and meals portion.


Cancellation Policy


A non-refundable $200 deposit is required with registration. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the package (tuition, room & board) will be charged for cancellations made 7 to 30 days prior to the School. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the School unless approved by the Board of Regents. The School often sells out early; therefore, it is imperative that students avoid late cancellations so students on the waiting list might be accommodated.
